Fossil Funds is a private investment group based in The Woodlands, Texas, founded by four partners with a shared background in the energy sector. We formed Fossil Funds to collaborate with good people and build a more diverse, resilient future for ourselves and those we work with. Our investments focus on small businesses and cash-flowing real estate, with an emphasis on operational improvements and long-term value creation. We look for businesses that are not only sustainably profitable but also committed to giving back to the communities they serve.

- Small Business and Real Estate opportunities between $500,000-$3,000,000
- Passive preferred, can provide business operator
- Enduring Profitable Businesses
- Preferred industries: Liquor Store, Franchise, Self-Storage, Laundromats, Real Estate

Paul holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma State University. Over the past 15 years, he has built and led high-performing operational teams across drilling, completions, and production. At Fossil Funds LLC, Paul leverages his leadership and field experience to ensure the right talent is in place and the team is positioned to execute on the company’s long term goals.
